Before work begins
Refund eligibility depends on the accepted quotation and whether professional work, document review, application preparation or third-party payment has begun.
Non-refundable amounts
Government fees, stamp duty, payment gateway costs and third-party charges already paid are generally non-refundable.

Requesting a review
Refund requests must identify the service and payment and will be reviewed against the completed work and incurred costs.
